Originally from Arkansas, USA, Sports Therapist Megan’s journey into sports therapy began with her strong academic background and hands-on experience. With expertise in exercise science and injury rehabilitation, Megan is passionate about helping clients recover from injuries, enhance physical performance, and maintain overall health. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a Master’s in Athletic Training from the University of Arkansas, where she gained invaluable experience working with high-performance athletes as a student athletic trainer for the university’s football team.
Megan’s career highlights include a summer internship with the Seattle Seahawks and a year-long residency at Syracuse University, where she worked closely with the football and women’s tennis teams. These roles honed her skills in managing sports-related injuries and developing tailored recovery plans for athletes.
Now based in London, Megan is a certified member of BASRaT (British Association of Sports Rehabilitators and Trainers) and the BOC (Board of Certification for Athletic Trainers) in the USA. She is dedicated to delivering personalised, hands-on care to clients from all walks of life, whether they’re recovering from an injury or looking to improve their fitness and wellbeing.
